I had a great experience working with George, Eniko, & Bedri. They were friendly, professional, and did a beautiful job painting the kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and walls throughout my apartment. How we work

  1. Once we receive a quote request, an appointment is made for our estimator to visit and look at what’s needed.
  2. With all questions answered on both sides, we prepare a quote for the work and send it, usually by email within 48 hours.
  3. When the quote is accepted we set a date with you to start the work.
  4. Our Project Manager will then contact you directly to work out paint & colours, and to establish what time in the morning suits you for us to start.
  5. Our Office manager will email you explaining payment terms and how to pay.
  6. On the start date the Project Manager and assigned decorators will arrive in the morning with all needed materials to carry out the job. The decorators will not be re-assigned during the job. We like to be A to B and complete projects!
  7. Once the work is completed to your satisfaction we will clear away all materials and clean up.
  8. The Office manager will email you the final balance for payment. This payment starts your one year guarantee.
  9. You enjoy your newly decorated space!
  10. We will ask you for feedback to ensure we are providing the best possible service.

Payment Terms

We ask that you pay a 25% when the booking is confirmed. When you are satisfied the job is completed we will ask for the final 75% to be paid as well as any cost of paint if you have asked us to purchase paint for you.
