How we work
- Once we receive a quote request, an appointment is made for our estimator to visit and look at what’s needed.
- With all questions answered on both sides, we prepare a quote for the work and send it, usually by email within 48 hours.
- When the quote is accepted we set a date with you to start the work.
- Our Project Manager will then contact you directly to work out paint & colours, and to establish what time in the morning suits you for us to start.
- Our Office manager will email you explaining payment terms and how to pay.
- On the start date the Project Manager and assigned house painters will arrive in the morning with all needed materials to carry out the job. The decorators will not be re-assigned during the job. We like to be A to B and complete projects!
- Once the work is completed to your satisfaction we will clear away all materials and clean up.
- The Office manager will email you the final balance for payment. This payment starts your one year guarantee.
- You enjoy your newly decorated space!
- We will ask you for feedback to ensure we are providing the best possible service.
Payment Terms
We ask that you pay a 25% when the booking is confirmed. When you are satisfied the job is completed we will ask for the final 75% to be paid as well as any cost of paint if you have asked us to purchase paint for you.
